These sessions are a collaboration between Connections Neuro Services and Paces Sheffield.
Our Active Movement Sessions are aimed at keeping your body moving at home and were originally created as a direct response to the closure of services as a result of the covid-19 lock-down.
There are a variety of sessions all of which break down simple and moderate level movements in a variety of positions such as lying, free sitting, standing and table sitting.
