What do we do?

We use Conductive Education and Neuro-Physiotherapy to support individuals with neurological movement conditions across the life-span.  We pride ourselves on our ability to nurture the positive emotional well-being of our clients whilst simultaneously developing functional skills and independence.

What is Conductive Education?

Conductive Education is an approach that offers an exceptional philosophy for individuals with neurological movement conditions.   It is applied directly in hands-on sessions but can also be integrated across all aspects of home and work life.

What is Neuro-Physiotherapy?

Neuro-Physiotherapy is a branch of Physiotherapy specifically tailored to the needs of individuals with neurological impairments. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.  Physiotherapy helps to promote development, improve movement and increase function.

Who may benefit from our services?

Connections services are primarily suitable for people with neurological movement conditions such as cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, acquired head injury and dyspraxia.  We also have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex disabilities, undiagnosed developmental difficulties and genetic conditions.

Connections is a self-referral service.  If you or a loved one has a neurological movement disorder then please get in touch to apply and arrange an initial consultation. Send an email using the link below or call us on 07591529195.
